OAKVILLE MARKET UPDATE: MARCH 2021

 

The Oakville market remains on fire. Most homes sold with multiple offers and therefore over asking price. A lot of them sold under 10 days. Here's the quick breakdown of average prices of Oakville homes for March 2021. 

 

The condo apartment prices are a little deceiving this month. The average price is $900,772 and in February the average price was $613,817. The average prices have NOT jumped $300,000 in one month. The reason is that if a few high end condos sell in any particular month it shoots up the whole average. Next month I expect it to return to some normalcy.

Average prices: $1,876,665

Day on market: 12

List to sale price ratio: 104%

 

Semi-detached Homes:

Average prices: $1,121,565

Day on market: 5

List to sale price ratio: 114%

 

 

Freehold Townhomes

Average prices: $1,179,342

Day on market: 7

List to sale price ratio: 108%

 

Condo Townhomes

Average prices: $780,931

Day on market: 9

List to sale price ratio: 108%

 

Condo Apartments

Average prices: $900,772

Day on market: 99%
